Service Description
Rent our space for an unforgettable private movie night, complete with a large projector screen for you and your friends or family. We handle the setup and teardown while providing popcorn and drinks for up to 20 people, all within a fun arcade atmosphere. Enjoy your favorite film in 3-hour sessions and create lasting memories at Riley Bros – where gaming meets great gatherings! Under "Add your message" on the booking form, let us know which movie you would like to watch. (Gaming systems/arcade machines are not available for use during this experience UNLESS time permits AFTER your movie and there is no event/party booked after yours.)
Cancellation Policy
We require a $100 deposit for all bookings. Half of the deposit is non-refundable. This deposit secures your event on the day and at the time you request, preventing us from offering this slot to other potential customers. Should you choose to cancel your event with less than 7 days notice, there will be NO REFUNDS. You may reschedule utilizing the same deposit/payment only once. You have up to 6 months to reschedule, otherwise you forfeit all payments. Should you choose to cancel 7 days or more before your event, you will be refunded all fees minus $50 of the deposit. All fees are to be paid no later than 3 days prior to your event. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS. If you are unable to pay via the site, we will offer alternative methods. An official contract will be emailed once full payment is received. This must be signed prior to your event being confirmed.
